- The property is used solely as a holiday rental
- You don’t have valid company or VAT registration
One more critical requirement: the property must have dedicated off-street parking. Street-side chargers or shared public spaces don’t qualify. If your tenants park in a driveway, car park, or private courtyard, you’re good to go.
How Much Can You Actually Claim?

But: and this is important: you need to apply for each address separately. So if you own five rental properties across Worcester, Solihull, and Leamington Spa, that’s five separate applications.
